Partnerships Not Projects: How to Cultivate Long-Term Client Relationships
Q Digital Studio Founder and President Susan Snipes has designed this session to help you understand how to move from one-off client projects to long-term client relationships so that you have customers you can work with for years to come. Learn what types of clients work best for long-term relationships, how to craft an appropriate plan to maintain your partnerships, how to spot potential red flags, and more about the benefits of cultivating client partners.
I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. (I will always have a special spot in my heart for the cities of the midwest.) I lived in New Orleans for a couple of years working for a now defunct technology startup around 2000. After that, I moved to Colorado. I tried out several cities along the front-range before landing in Denver, and I have been in Denver for the past 15 years and plan to be here for a very long time!
I am founder and president of Q Digital Studio, a seven-person web shop based in Denver, Colorado. My day-to- day involves working on new client partnerships, strategy for our company offerings, writing and helping my team solve problems. I used to do a hefty amount of web design and front-end development, but now I leave that to my team who are far more talented than I am.
